Looks like there's no pre-ordering of the 5S ):

According to the rumours, Apple have produce many 5c for the current launch, as for 5s, the yield of the finger sensor (touch ID) is poor, do not able to have enough for the launch, that why no pre order. Looking at the price difference for 16GB for 5c and 5s, is only Sin $140, it seem to be worth to get 5s. I feel 5c is too ex.
