Pre-paid SIM

Reaching Taoyuan @ 5amish. My first stop is to cingjing, wondering where should I get the prepaid mobile SIM; Taichung or Taoyuan Airport?

Not sure what time the shops are opened for business.

Getting a sim at the airport is cheaper as they usually give you some talk time for free.
