Pre/Post Market Trading Platform

Hi all,

I have been using Standard Charter to buy my US stock as i was told that they offer one of the most competitive FX rate and Commission. However, i realise that they do not offer pre/post marketing trading.

Can you guys advise any platform that allow pre/post market trading with the best competitive rates in terms of FX rate and commission?
