If I have a module A that precludes module B, but B does not preclude A,(1 way preclusion)

Can I take A and B concurrently? Will there be any issues I should take note?

doesnt matter if its 1 way or 2 way, the preclusion still stands. since one of them is violated, u will not be able to take concurrently.
