Prescription sunglasses

Hi

Anyone familiar with prescription sunglasses? How does the optics shop do it? We have to bring our own frame and then get them to do the fitting?

You can bring your own frame or go there and choose the frame. Depending on your prescription and curvurture of the frame, they may not be able to do it.

Most prescription tinted lens tend to be quite thick so they may advise you to use a smaller frame. Don't expect the coverage to be as wide as those non RX frame.

Thank you for your advise. So maybe it is still better to wear sunglasses with contact lens?
