High bid volume and low ask volume, looking good to cross 90 US cents soon.

I expected it submarined a bit more before I scooped like the other 2.

Never expected it to fly off so soon. :o

IMHO,This REIT has a brighter and more solid portfolio compared to the earlier two hospitality REITs.

Is it still under stablising? USD getting stronger, don't think is worthwhile to enter this counter, and NAV lesser.

But that's because Prime US is not a hospitality REITs but an Office REIT.

Historically, Office REITs performs better and are perceived to be better by investors. So not really too surprised to see it no tanking.

True. Office reit can command a higher premium than hospitality reit. You see those Sg mapletree and capland reit will know too. Lower yield but more stable.

Finally can see how much dividends this REIT will yield.

Financial results for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2019 and the financial period from 19 July 2019 (listing date of Prime US REIT) to 31 December 2019 will be released on Wednesday, 12 February 2020, before market opens.

Those who bought during ipo and after launch already make more than 10%. Good enough profit even you don’t wait for the div.

Huat ah! But I believe most buyers of PRIME like me would rather get a good and sustainable dividend long term than cash in on 10% profit.
