Printer cartridge stuck

Hi, I have problems removing my printer toner cartridge. It seems to be stuck.
Any one has any suggestions? I need it to print documents urgently.
I have turned it but the arrow could not be align completely.
My printer is Fuji xerox m255z

I have p255, may be same cartridge. You change new cartridge and not original one?

You may want to pull out the cartridge and clean up that cartridge area at both printer side and cartridge side a little.

But is really stuck for good. Cannot turn it to extract the cartridge.

Anyone has any recommendations for repair?
