Printers recommendation - cartrideg ink refills

Hi All,

Any recommendation for a printer

1. Home use
2. less than 10pages/week
3. needs print / scan feature
4. cartridge capable of allowing self ink refills
4. prefer small size

Bought a cheap HP 1510 and the printer does not allow cartridge ink-refills, keep prompting to replace a new cartridge.
