Prism+ P270 Vesa Mounting

just received my P270, so was going to mount it ... but then faced with a challenge
on the specs, was stated 100x100
but on the manual, they’ve reduced it to 75x75
but the bigger headache is the back panel for the mount isn’t flat
whilst my mount can do a 75 too, the plate is bigger than the cutout on the rear panel
seems like it’s tailor made for specific mount size
if i were to screw onto the rear panel, my mount plate is sitting directly over a hump

your thoughts please

i just spotted 4 nuts that came with the monitor’s screws
these are to be fitted so can mount the bigger plate like mine
it does not mention anything about these 4 nuts in the manual

I also just received this monitor although I am using the provided stand. It has such a large footprint it's hard to find books large enough to stand it on haha.

But that aside yes I too saw the 4 standoffs that you mentioned, i believe it's for mounting to a big plate given that the back of the monitor is not flat. Should solve your problem.

Such a beautiful monitor and at such a beautiful price! Had a bit of a scare because on Macbook Pro (older 2013) it won't run at > 30Hz by default, even if you look at the expanded list of resolutions. You need a custom set resolution and timing to overclock it and even then it's only at 52Hz now, still 30Hz IS NOT USABLE haha.

yeah i got mine yesterday. the mounting was 75x75 and not 100x100 as they put on their site.

mine has quite bad backlight bleeding along the top edge.
viewing angle not as good as my dell U2412M. color shifts when i look from the side.
but lan lan. guess i'll live with it. $349 4k IPS monitor where to find..

i'll be getting a 2nd one cuz i've been using 2 monitors. but now its $429~...

Yeah the manual needs to be more detailed. And the information in the manual is not in sync with their website (manual - 75x75 VESA vs website - 100x100 VESA).

Thanks for mentioning about the 4 nuts provided, I was a bit lost when I could VESA mount the P270 because of the slanted back.
