i was happy to support a local brand, I bought the PureFresh TMF 530 (Black Inox) on September 5, 2024, and it’s already been nothing but trouble. The fridge spoiled with the same reason on 2 occasions (Not Cold at all) once on February 10, 2025, and again on March 28, 2025. They replaced the parts for the first issue, but for the March 28 Issue they still haven't replaced the parts. I’ve been without a fridge for almost two weeks with no real solution from customer service. They extended my warranty by 3 months and offered me a $79.10 rebate, but they won’t replace or refund it. I’m left with no other options. Of course, i will take whatever $$

I’m sure the fridge give problem again soon, and again once the warranty ends. where I will be charged with Transportaion and sparts fees, extremely frustrated and disappointed
how it ended? u got good prism fridge now?
