1 year warranty , it's short , nothing will go wrong 99% of the time. I've claimed warranty (replacement, spare parts, ect) on TB purchases before and that prism lock just looks generic and cheap.

The value is there when comparing with other offerings for dual sync unlock locks.
And they also have an inbuilt app

For 899 / 999 ( with face unlock )

And also free gifts like digital doorbell.

Its quite reasonable price to have warranty and also support.

But would need to see more reviews first and how it compares to other locks.
Hoping people who have gotten it can share their experience

AliExpress also selling similar looking ones at $290 / $370 (with face lock). That’s like 1/3 the price?!?

The link u shown is just for the door lock itself, gate lock not included.

Then when you add in misc cost like installation, digital doorbell, warranty, app integration. The price is abt there bah

For most people I dont think they want to DIY to that extent but thats just my guess
