Prism TV issue

prism tv used for 3 years and sudden black but sound drill can be heard. Ask Prosm
Office can repair , they suggest to replace new one? This is 2nd they Mentioend , so basically they don’t reply??

My prism TV has tape paste on top to prevent screen from falling off :ROFLMAO:
