PRISM+ vesa converter

I'm trying to mount my prism+ gaming curve monitor on monitor arm but found that it need something like this to work. Anyone has this item? If yes, i can buy from you. Thanks. I have uploaded the pic in the link below.

Try looking for 4 small spacers in the monitor box. Any 100x100mm vesa mount can work ardy

It should come in the box with the manual. If lost alr maybe can buy one from PRISM+.
