You are lucky that they have spare parts to repair. Most of their stuff just phase out and bring in new model and forget about it.

yes. and warranty terms are usually bonded by the lifetime of the product.. even with extended warranties, EOL product also cannot claim warranty..

Surely, since you have been on this forum for long, you must know that Prism products are garbage?

Funny that couple of minutes ago, I just saw another complaint on FB lamenting the fact that their Prism product spoilt just after their warranty ended.

Anyway, the owners of Prism really laughing their way to the bank with all their rebranding of china OEM products and all the people buying, thinking that it is some quality "made in Singapore" or "support local" product, lol

Extended warranty usually covers only certain things. And i think only those courts extended can buy maybe cuz the extra warranty under courts.

As for direct, usually they should honor all the fix within 1 year. 6 months spoil and need pay is ready unreliable. You should call the HQ ask.

I bought Europace brand and they did one to one exchange

My toshiba top washing machine use after 1.5 yrs, drum start wobbling till washing machine can dance during spinning. Email video to Toshiba Customer service, they just reply with service date, they ask nothing. Toshiba warranty was 2yrs. The guy came change all the 4 side long drums supporting rods, only ask to sign job is done. No $$$. Normal wear and tear should last till warranty unless the machine had been abused. Prism is No. 1..claim European quality...high QC. I believe their QC, it is QC not to last...and tie customer down to them especially with good extend warranty. Singapore brand...disgusted.
