Using my 16" Macbook Pro connected to the Prism+ X340 Pro in 3440 x 1440. Running Windows 10 Pro via Bootcamp.

Had to config some settings on the monitor before able to get this resolution but now facing some weird jagged lines.

Heres a screenshot:

You can see the edges of the monitor in the YT video looks jagged. But it looks fine on my macbook's screen:

Does anyone have any idea how i can fix this? Is it some settings in my AMD driver?

Are you connected from Thunderbolt to Display Port?

Here's my config/setup:
- 2019 Apple Macbook Pro 16"
- 2.3GHz 8-core Intel Core i9
- GRAPHICS 065-C87H Radeon Pro 5500M with 8GB GDDR
- MEMORY 065-C87K 32GB 2666MHz DDR4 memory
- HARD DRIVE/SOLID STATE DRIVE 065-C87P 2TB SSD
- Operating the latest macOS, and also on a Windows 10 Professional via Bootcamp
- Both OS and all drivers are updated
- The laptop is connected to one Caldigit TS3 Plus via USB-C
- And from the Caldigit TS3 Plus to your Prism+ X340 Pro via DisplayPort (tried both my own DP cable, and the DP cable they had provided)

And answering some of the checks you guys mentioned:
- Yes it had noticed the poor quality on macOS as well, may have to double check later in case I recall wrongly. (I'm mostly on Windows via bootcamp cos of work)
- I've tweaked around my GPU's software for a bit already but to no avail. Not sure if I'm missing anything...
- that makes sense, screenshot showing jagged lines means software issue. yes full screen same visual poor quality.
- usually scaling problem is tweaked/resolved from GPU software? Anyone have experience on the AMD software's settings?

Since this section is for people who use a real PC, and your issue is with fruit products, maybe you can ask in the Apple Clinic section since that's where all the Apple folks hang out?

I hadn't noticed! That is a very good point.
But my GPU software is showing 3440x1440.

This is good finding anyhow thanks!
