private onsen ryokan

hello i have been searching for onsens and ryokans to no avail so i decided to engage the help of forumers

does anyone know of ryokans with private onsen in rooms? or even onsen hotels with private bath in the room? near osaka/kyoto/tokyo

budget about 200/night max 300

Rooms with private onsen baths are usually pretty expensive.
It would be considered pretty cheap if you can find 1 for about S$300+.

The ones at the more popular onsen towns are usually priced at around S$500+ a night (2 pax in a room).

What I did was I used Japanican.com to search for rooms with private onsen.
Use their search options.

I've stayed at one at Nozawa onsen, but it is not exactly near Tokyo.

Good one, you will be looking at $1k per room or even more

Some have private onsen which their guest can book (for a fee, of cos), perhaps u can consider that option instead.
