Problem after RP configuration

Hi , anybody here from RP . recently they just configure my laptop and after it i ca't play most of my games like Skyrim , metak gear rising , prototype 2 etc. . hope anyone can help me thanks .

Specs: Processor: i7-4500u
Graphic: nvidia gt740
ram: 4gb
OS: Windows 8.1

Did you buy your laptop from them? My sister's from RP too and their configuration for the default account gives you very little access control over the machine. I don't have any idea how to resolve aside from maybe going to their IT service dept. and asking them to make a separate administrator account for your laptop (since you'll probably still need the default account to access RP's online portal for your academic material)

no i buy my laptop from the recent IT fair . so eventhough i start the game ' run as administrator ' , i cant ? as i dont have the full access you mean ?

What error message do you get when you try to run the game?

And can you do other administrator things like create new user accounts?

When u select run as administrator, is there a login prompt? After u login, did u get a "The requested operation requires elevation" error?

my sister is going to RP and it seems that RP supports windows system.. IS this true for all polys or just RP?

What do you mean by that? Windows is the most widely available and used operating system. Every poly allows it.
Only specific designated courses will PREFER mac osx but it doesn't mean u can't use windows there.

I called RP's IT help desk and they said that the school only works in a windows environment. This is for my sister to take her tests etc. if anyone is using a mac, they will have to install windows for the mac to be configured.

no . the game starts and then just closes it .. ill try to record and upload it here . btw thanks to all who respond
