Not sure which component of my desktop. Where should I start checking?

Was playing League of Legends and since yesterday 3 separate things happened when inside the game.

1st time:
My monitor suddenly goes black screen. Tried Ctrl + Alt + Del to open task manager doesn't work. I could still hear the game audio however there's no more display output coming from the monitor.

2nd time:
Desktop auto shuts down and after a few seconds auto starts itself up.

3rd time:
Experienced BSOD however the BSOD happened too fast for me to catch the BSOD error code.

PC Specs:
2X GTX 680 4GB SLI
i7-2600 @ 4GHz
Asus P8Z77-V LK
2x Crucial M4 RAID 0
1TB WD Black
4x4GB Kingston HyperX 1600MHz
SeaSonic M12ii 850W

Any advice?

Most likely culprit in order of likelihood... Graphic card and power supply given your power hungry dual gpu.

Easiest troubleshooting is to run memtest. Google memtest. Check one ram at a time. Once both clear, try one gpu at a time...hopefully it gives you clue.

remove one of the display and try on one display card..first if still the same..remove that display card and put in the other 1 and try...as ur case..while running sli..if one of the card is giving problem..this would be a good way to try..

Remove the upper GPU first as this is more hotter than the lower one.
