Don't know if anyone has this problem. On Thu morning I sent a message to a friend who is overseas via Messenger app on my iPhone. She replied to my msg that morning and I sent another msg to her on Thu afternoon.
She didn't reply which is fine 'cos I know she's busy working. But the funny part is FB messenger showed my msg as seen on Thu morning. How could the msg have been seen on Thu morning when the most recent msg was only sent on Thu afternoon?
Anyway, I sent her another msg today (Sat afternoon). I was wondering if Messenger app was screwed so I logged in to FB via my Mac and guess what, the msg which I sent to her on Thu afternoon is shown as sent this morning! But on Messenger app, that same msg is shown as sent on Thu afternoon!
And that's not all. The msg which I sent today afternoon, on Messenger app it shows "seen" on morning of 29 September!!! WTF its 31 August today!
So obviously something is wrong somewhere. But the odd part is neither FB online or Messenger app is 100% correct. Both are correct and wrong.
When I use my Mac to login to FB, it shows this afternoon's msg as sent this afternoon which is correct. But it shows the msg which I sent on Thur afternoon as sent today morning which is obviously wrong.
When I use Messenger app, it shows the msg which was sent this afternoon as seen on 31 Sep which is impossible.
