problem with ignore function

i keyed in correct username and password with case-sensitivity.

unable to ignore. it jump to a page saying to use correct username and password.

i log out and login using correct username and password with case-sensitivity to confirm my username and password.

can login.

i try again to ignore someone with correct username and password with case-sensitivity.

again unable to ignore. it jump to a page saying to use correct username and password.

how ah?

Please ensure that your username is case sensitive as well
