hey guys, some help here regarding tethering my ipad to my ip6 mobile plan.
1. Connecting is not spontaneous, doesnt link up automatically when both devices are in vicinity of each other, had to manually trigger the link.
2. Constant loss of connectivity when i travel. The connection get lost every now and then when i am commuting. Then here comes the agony of having to mnaually link up the hotspot again.
Phone is on ios8, ipad mini ios7. This issue has never occur when i was using s4 as a hotspot for my ipad. Quick linkup whenever i turn on the hotspot. And they stay connected forever.
Appreciate if anyone can hep me resolve the issue and i will be the happiest iphone user around. Tia.

Err.. Sorry to disappoint you but for hotshot tethering, iOS has never been the continuous kind. So when the iPhone this into locked mode for a period of time, the connection will get disconnected.

This is one flaw for the iOS unfortunately.
