Problem with new color laser printer

I recently bought a color laser printer over carousell, which was listed as new.
Initially, it showed the error that imaging unit was not installed. After some tinkering, I managed to get it to work. However, output is badly smeared. See link.
Can I check what's the issue here? The seller has refused to refund, so I'm stuck with it.

i think print head dirty or got problem

It's a samsung clp-365. I'm actually only printing the test pages. the shop claims that the printer has 3 years warranty. I'll try to contact samsung and see what happens. Thanks

OMG, why you buy Samsung printer in the first place, I have friends who have used Samsung Printer then cursed and swear after using.
