Hi Pros,
This issue has been troubling me for quite a while and it is more frequent now (from once a few days to at least once everyday, my PC usage is about 3-4 hours per day),
Problem: the USB devices of my PC will either
1: all disconnect and reconnect back automatically; or
2: all disconnect but never reconnect, I have to restart my PC

I have already updated my motherboard firmware but the issues remains.
Below is my PC specs:
CPU : Intel Core i5-4460
MOBO : MSI H81-M E35 V2
GPU : Palit GeForce GTX 950 StormX Dual 2GB GDDR5
RAM : Kingston Valueram DDR3 4gb x 2
SSD : Samsung 850 EVO SSD 250gb
HDD : WD Blue 1TB
PSU : FSP Aurum S 500W 80Plus Gold
Case : Armaggeddon Teratron T7
Speaker: Razer Leviathan
LED Strips: 100cm, RGB, 60bulbs, 12V
ODD : Samsung 24x DVD-RW
Keyboard : Corsair K70 RGB (plug to USB 3.0)
Mouse : Logitech G502 (plus to USB 2.0)
Mousepad : Razer Firefly (Plug to USB 3.0, front casing)
Wifi Adapter : TP-LINK Archer T4UH AC1200 Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter (Plug to USB 3.0)
OS : Windows 10

I have a few solutions in mind but not sure which one to try first.
1. Change the PSU
2. Change the motherboard
3. Change the power extension, now using to sell in valueshop
4. Update motherboard firmware (done), still same
5. Use the USB port on my dell U2414H and connect some of my USB devices through the monitor, but I am not sure whether in this case, the usb device is powered by dell or powered through the USB passthrough?

I hope my above descriptions and issues is clear, please let me know if anything I can add on? Thanks !

Probably something to do with the USB controller or hub going bad, if a bios update or USB controller driver update didn't help. Check for presence of the corbell warranty sticker and ask them for help on further troubleshooting. :o

try not using front/casing usb ports, see if problem still occurs
if still occur, try reducing no of usb devices & monitor again...
