Hi Microsoft,

I am facing some issue with my computer.

1. Frequently used program become missing

2. New Item Nothing founded

3.Delete Option become permanently delete everything

4. Internet Explorer Not loading up
It happens when I click on the Internet Explorer Icon, it shows no process is running in the system,please advise

I remember there is a setting for this. Go to your

Right click your taskbar and select Properties. The setting is there.

The rest I am not sure. I wonder is it a virus or something...Hmm

Or else create a new user account and see if it is due to profile related issue.
As mentioned by Peach Tea, reformat is the best option for this case.

So it means your current user profile has some problems.

I realized the benefit of creating alternative profile as well.

For example, one can be for work, and one for play. Don't need to mix things up.
