Problems with Asus ROG G20CB-SG006T PC

Hi experts, I bought the Asus ROG G20CB-SG006T PC in Nov 2015 but it has been giving me a lot of problems since. Cannot turn off bluetooth (Asus said it is not PC problem but Windows problem), constant problems with the internet connectivity, faulty video card and now the optical disk drive. So far the technician has come down about 5 times and taken back the PC for repairs 2 times. Asus said they already changed the wifi card, graphics card and the motherboard. I just got it back last week and the internet connectivity is still unstable. I can be using the computer and it just drops connection while my other family members are still able to use their devices without any problems. Today, the optical disk drive cannot open and I had to call them again and they will send down the technician to look at it next week. Feeling very frustrated and wondering whether there is any way to check if the cards and motherboard has indeed been replaced.

U can download some 3rd party applications that can view the devices serial number. Screenshot it and keep a copy some where and den once they return it u can use back the same software to view if the aerial nber been changed or not. If they repairs, den I'm not sure how to track...

You can just use a USB wifi for internet. I disabled both the onboard wifi and bluetooth on my MB, the former because a USB wifi performed better.
