i just did without uninstalling my amd . will it work?

i never OC it . i dont know how OC . how to check whether if i accidentally OC it?

I think it's better if you can uninstall all drivers. Clean registry and restart your com and reinstall the latest drivers from amd website.

I get this when I got unstable oc.

You might want to lower the clock speed even though you didn't oc?

My friend's Nvidia gpu has the same problem even though he didn't oc. He downloaded MSI after burner, adjusted the clock speed and it works fine after that.

it happened to me before, you need to readjust clock speed. Not sure will it works for yours but i was using Radeon 5830 back then i remembered readjusting GPU clock to 800 and Memory Clock to 925 using AMD CCC. may not works for you since you are using a newer series

uninstall all drivers mean only AMD catalyst control centre ? or everything including motherboard ?

The first and second slider just slide to 800 and 925 respectively. However you will be underclocking your graphic card. Not sure will this be the best solution for you
