problems with Sound blaster roar 2

some problems with my sound blaster roar 2.

the - + volume control doesn't seem to work.
previously, it was too loud and I had to set the volume control on media player or winamp to about 2-3% only.

now watching movies and listening to mp3 music, the thing keeps turning off after a while.

anyone got same problems?

the sound blaster roar control panel (installed it) does not seems user friendly or useful.

How is it connected? Via bluetooth? Or via aux cable.

I use it on bluetooth . np so far
