process initialisation fail

hi, I had suddenly met with this error on my desktop, anyone knows how to solve this? I'm unable to enter safe mode nor start with previous good configuration..
I'm running windows 7 64bit i5...

if there is nth else I could do, may I know if pcthemes does do such troubleshooting? as I got my desktop fixed up there 3yrs ago

Looks like a corrupted bootcat file. Did you interrupt a windows update?

I tried everything, even installed a windows 7 home premium on another partition but it couldn't connect to the Internet.. gs, maybe I find u up over the weekend, anyways do u hav any charges? if u do wad r they?
