NONE had CPU issues that require that extend to RMA CPU.

Yeah lor, if you can kill a CPU without doing stupid things like massive overvolting can go strike 4D many times liao.

Bsod? After Windows update? Means the update screw up your driver config lor

Just need go safe mode remove driver and auto detect generic then instal latest driver

While the shop technical knowledge is bad, still consider nice to help you send, usually they tell you go distro yourself and in this case, contact amd for rma instructions

Go Google find out how to download and created Medicat bootable USB and run that to confirm hardware is ok. Otherwise find so done able to create this tool to help. Is very useful.

It is not uncommon for Windows update to break something. Killing the CPU due to an update is highly unlikely. In my experience, CPU usually die/ become faulty because of prolong overheating, or due to power issues. Next time if you can boot into BIOs for an extended period of time, it probably is an indication that your CPU is still alive. SAFE mode is still part of Windows and I use it only if I suspect some driver/ application is giving me problems. But if you have a corrupted Windows OS, SAFE mode may not work.
