Hi everyone, i have a laptop which i bought during the march IT fair. It's a Lenovo Z400(no touch). It has a Intel-3632QM processor. Recently, i am starting to have this problem of my processor not turbo boosting even on high performance(able to set on my laptop). It just stays at the base clock speed of 2.2GHz and does not turbo boost a single bit. It was not like this last time when i set my laptop to run on high performance. It used to run at 2.8-2.9GHz at high performance consistently... Is there something wrong with my processor? Is it downclocking itself to protect itself from overheating or something? Should i check with lenovo service centre on this? Please advice thanks
PS: i run on high performance for gaming such as Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2. Or when doing work which requires a lot of processing such as doing photoshop stuff.
