How does the above work? Does it mean employer must follow the PWM and pay the employee accordingly following the salary structure layout in PWM?

In short, minimum wage..yes. have to follow.

What if the employer choose to ignore PWM and not follow the pay structure?

Can employee seek MOM aid if the employer never follow PWM?

So it is basically a minimum wage model, but with some twisting so PAP need not call a spade as a spade, bcos Oppo proposed it first?

There's no way to ignore PWN because it is tied to your license..

Client sue employer
Employer now too 2 x offense

Meaning if I apply the job the employer has to pay me according to the PWM pay structure?
I don't understand the purpose of the question.

For an employee, can simply quit to join another employer who is compliant.

For an employer, it is incredibly dumb to risk the entire business on something you know that employees will find trouble.

If it is enforced by law, then it becomes regulatory capture to snuff out SME. Because only MNCs can afford to comply with the government. Who ever came up with this could be corporate captured. I'm going to see how this go down. Maybe this is a dead letter law, say only but cannot enforce.

How many SME can afford this kind of sh*t, most business owners themselves also not educated. Ownselves not educated how to send workers to be educated lol.
