Do project manager necessarily need certification not related to a PM cert, for example, CCNA, MCSA etc? i google some portfolio on Linkedin, and most of them do not have Microsoft cert or CCNA cert. So can anyone comment about this?

CCNA, MCSA are technical certifications... assuming you are doing a full PM role, these certifications aren't really important. However, certifications for project management will be essential.
