Just to feedback on my experience, I bought ProLink Velifer from CyberMind a while ago

I bought FIVE of them, bought at different timing, and three of them start exhibiting this problem after a five months of use. If I unplugged the keyboard and leave it for a few days, it becomes ok again.

I actually emailed the distributor Fida to inform of this problem, this was still within warranty period and they told me to bring everything down. I wait until I tried all of them exihibit this problem, and brought it down. This was outside the warranty period by a few months as I'm overseas. Guess what? Fida told me it is out of warranty and I can trade it to them for $9 and buy new ones at $50.

May not be a good product, but distro also not wrong as you are months out of warranty. Should have just brought it down when you complained the first time

I think Prolink stuffs are cheap Chinese OEM made with its own custom design and branding. Not much different from Challenger Valore?

I used the Volans for a few years without problems and gave it away to a friend for his kid, only changed to a mech keyboard this year. Quite happy with it, served me well through school. Know of another friend using it too without issues.

For gaming membrane keyboards, one should not spend more than $30 on them. :o

It could be a bad batch. Also, if I am conscious that the item is gonna be out of warranty soon and needs urgent servicing, I will make it a point to find time to bring it down. I am sure any manufacturers would have rejected your RMA request outside the warranty period, not just Prolink.

Aesthetics wise and price I think Prolink keyboards are pretty attractive, but never really buy them due to top-up abit can get decent keyboards.

Thanks TS, now will confirm avoid Prolink.

most TS dont realise the fault or issue of an item until they bought and used it.
either from cheap keyboard to an expensive brand....no matter what item people bought....it can be a psu, casing fan, ram, hdd and etc etc whatever brand it is
when it start to give problem or issue that is where TS shared it in the forum.....useful feedback may help people to avoid it or take precaution of that particular product. That also show how good is the quality and realibility of it.if nobody inform about the particular product still people will ask/query about it at forum too:s12:
