a crash in property prices is like crashing the dreams of Singaporeans... most of us stay motivated to work to pay off housing debts, upgrade our homes or buy more properties..

Our govt policies will be there to prevent that from happening. Singapore only have human resource.
Heng I no house no such problem

Properties not use words to crash one...

Go propertyguru see got people fire sale or not?

I only see EC sold for 1.8m profits, nothing on firesale.

In fact those all in properties should be chio mimi since equities are on fire.

TS predicts a property crash, and I fully agree with this view. However, the responses suggest that prices will remain stable, believing the market will continue as is. While opinions differ, I stand by TS's perspective, and only time will tell which outlook will prove correct as the market evolves. Let's revisit in 6 months' time.

The developers that bidded high prices for their land are also very worried.

This tariff policy is going to shift supply chain significantly and affect us a lot.
Shift to where? We are 10% tariffs. Shift to Singapore more likely

There is a reason why sg properties keep go up while other countries are not.

LAND, L-A-N-D

sg is a very small island

year in year out local born NUMBER is less than 3m

in 2025 whites have already pressed 6m+ into the sg very small island

whites are pressing in more, as fast whites can, to reach their 10m+ goal

unless whites lose power this GE2025, which isn't going to happen

due to LAND squeeze, L-A-N-D squeeze, by more people coming in

property prices in sg very small island CANNOT crash

Lol will be like covid. Tariffs will cause inflation and when Powell decrease rates, it will be okay.

I expect property to be okay, but yes won't go up a lot
gst 9%, caipng up so much, rental up so much, bus fare/mrt fare, town council, bto prices all up, property will be okay, agreed with u

Not the real reason. Is CPF utilization for housing loans.
