what was the name of the staff that served you? and what diamond cut did u purchase?

i was served by Chayser, super ideal cut. i went vivo website to compare my specs exactly the same 0.35ct, VS2, Grade F, only thing diff is the cut which vivo only has the round one, the website quoted 700 lesser. But the vivo website does not have super ideal cut, only what excellent and round shape. Why is there such a big difference in price? anybody can enlighten? Is it because of the cut?

Ya. I think sure got different. What you are reading is the norm for all ideal or super ideal cut. What is more in depth should be the Scoping Technics which most website didn't provide.

You may want to compare by making a visit to other brands to check out the Scoping result all that.

super ideals Cut cost a premium... You can always check out the ideal cut from House of Hung instead. Alternatively, check against sites like whiteflash/ bluenile for price comparison as they have scopes on their higher end diamonds

I see! I was shown the Super Ideal Cut based on what I want and also compared between their ideal cut and Super Ideal Cut. Now then I realise I walked into JP like an complete noob HAHAHAHA

I had a super ideal D VS1 at 0.5 carat with side diamond settings at below 5.5k. SO its definitely doable

oh.. I remb my gf said before minimum she want 0.5 .. but I doubt she will even know the price for it She always assumed 0.5 costs about 3k-4k ..

Is it possible I can go close to 0.6carat? With 6k budget? U know girls only know CARAT only.

Maybe you can bring her down for a diamond education with Jannpaul, let her know carat doesnt mean everything, sparkle and cut is the most important.

Yes, it's owned by house of Hung, but sold through JP if the sales person is from JP.

My salesperson is from House of Hung, he gave me a namecard which states he's from HOH. BUt my diamond is under JP. So i guess, its the diamond thats more important right. I didnt even know the salesperson is under HOH until I paid and gotten the namecard haha

I also like big carat diamonds but I feel the sparkle is the most important!!! A big yet doesnt sparkle diamonds *nonono*

Actually majority girls will think that carat play a big part. Even for me... I also though the bigger the carat the better it is till I visit this thread.. my perspective changed after watching a few jannpaul education videos.
