i just did my proposal last week overseas. Well well I always carry a small travel bag with me for keeping passport and money. just hide it inside. Yes. please carry the ring with you. Dont check it in

does it set off the metal detector? do you pass it thru the x-ray machine or in your pocket?

Collected my Solasfera with SO Super super pleased with it I'll be holding on to the ringclip/diamond until the day comes but my SO loves it. Makes me happy to see her face light up like that. I don't really buy her alot of stuff cause she doesn't really wear branded things or anything like that. This is the first time I've seen her so happy about a high end item. Solasfera is a freakin nice diamond. LOVE IT! Btw, its a temporary on a ring holder because she wants to slowly custom make her design. Gotta do the deed first.... Fml I propose and accidentally kcock the diamond off the ring holder or something..

Hi guys.. Sorry need to sidetrack abit.. I'm looking for nice balloons suitable for proposal. Bought a few from taobao but they're disappointing..look yellowish and dirty.

Anyone got specialized shops in sg can recommend?

I bought heart-shaped foil balloons from the below store before. About 10 foil balloons in total, all pumped with helium. Good service, legit advice given to suit the purpose and situation that I intend to use the balloons. Probably it will meet your expectations.

Fully agree with this review, I also went through many private jewellers that can't compare to JP... one of the other more famous private jewellers even misrepresents their diamonds by showing a diamond with a printed cert but the shown diamond isn't even the same one.

Yes, it always pay to be careful when making such huge purchases.

Could I find out the setting that you chose? Did you opt for the tiffany setting or did I mistake the band

You have sharp eyes. Yes, it is the tiffany classic design. Since JP is able to customize ring setting, I got it to be done similar to Tiffany classic. Of course, nothing similar to the Tiffany "price".

I'm really excited now! Haha. It looks pretty big for a 0.71 and I hope mine would turn out that way as well. I chose a 6 prong tapered setting, so it's pretty similar to yours.

Nope. your travel small will to go thru the x ray machine... i had the bag with me all the time. dont keep the ring / ring box in pocket. later lost or your wtb might find out.

i miss the ring now. sent for re-sizing . 5 weeks wait

Guys just received a quote for this diamond 0.70 g vs2 for 5-6k(report below from gia). Any comment ? I'm worried about the girdle which is slightly thick.
