Hi all, I have received my scopes and cert images from JP.. Which 1 of the below will you choose? :o:o

0.35c: http://s27.photobucket.com/user/Holysniper/library/035

0.36c: http://s27.photobucket.com/user/Holysniper/library/036

0.41c: http://s27.photobucket.com/user/Holysniper/library/041

I'll just go for the 0.41 one if the price is almost the same(and within ur budget). After I proposed to my GF, she also can't tell the differences between diamonds. :s13: I need to educate her, like how they educate me when I'm doing my selection.
Just make sure U do ur proposal under LED lights or direct sunlight. Because that's the only time my GF can tell there is a difference, under LED lights and under normal lights.

I also bought mine from JP, just went of resizing tt day only.

Hi guys...

I went into a random shop looking for sapphire to customize into a ring.

I was shown these 2 sapphire.

They are sized at 1.1 carat and 2.2 carat, $2500 and $2900 respectively if they were to be made into a ring with diamonds around it.

I am just about to do some research on sapphires but appreciate if any experts here can comment if there is anything I should look out for.

And how can I check if they are real or artificial?

Thanks in advance!

Hi guys,

I stumble upon this website that ships from overseas. They allow me to choose what type of diamond I wan, and set the ring. They also claim to have all the warranty in place. I am not sure about the prices, are they reasonable? and trustworthy if anyone knows them?

Website:

Thing is that you don't get to view the diamond that you want until you purchased them.

I'm not familiar with James Allen. They don't seem to have the Aset scope.. only got the hearts and arrows. My friend got his from Bluenile.. another online website. His diamond turned out to be very milky. Apparently this milky effect won't show on the certificate. So you won't really know until you see physically see the diamond. If you're spending so much money, I think its safer to see it before you buy.. Diamonds isnt exactly like handbags that you can buy online which the only small possibility is some stiching defects
