Developer MCC track record like not very good? The Canopy, Canberra Residences all complain many many....some even got lawsuits?

Shiok, see Heng suay some of their project not bad. Some Queen simi.

More than 50% sold (from sources online) not sure if accurate. Seems good. Anyone w the figures?

The prices at Provence are higher I think, perhaps that explains the slightly lower sales, more so demand for Canberra should have been soaked up by Parc Canberra.
