so basically if i wanna watch world cup on bbc's site i just use the domaintools to look for bbc's IP address? then i can just add it to the mod header on chrome? it says bbc's IP is 212.58.241.67 so i just add it? will it work?

copy "http://yo.uku.im/proxy.pa" and paste it under "options" -> "advanced" -> "network" -> "settings" -> "automatic proxy configuration URL" for firefox.
