There are a few other pregnancy plans like AXA Mumcare or Familycare series. And then there is AIA Family First. However all these plans are riders and need a basic plan. For some of them the basic plan is an ILP.

Alternatively you can look at this from OCBC http://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/insurance/maternity.html

Do take note that the cover of such plans are low. If you look carefully, the covers is only about $5000 to $10000. Hospital cash also has a limited number of days only.

Like what FP_IFA said, there are quite a number of similar products in the market, but they are usually marketed as a rider and not a standalone plan. If ILPs are not your thing, then your option could be to go for AXA Family Advantage where you can choose a main plan ranging from Whole Life, to Savings to Retirement plans. Certain plans can also be transferred to the baby once they are born.

If I'm not wrong, Prufirst needs to be paired with a prulink protection plus policy which is an ILP.

PrudGift is ILP?

PrudGift is indeed a maternity insurance bundled with an ILP.

For certain pregnancy complications, you can rely on your Private medical insurance (PMI) plan to reimburse for the hospital bill. Maternity insurance comes in to compensate you further with a cash benefit and it also covers a wider range of complications than your PMI plan.

In the event that your newborn child develops a congenital illness, ONLY the maternity insurance will provide a compensation. There is also a daily cash benefit for hospital stay. As discussed in a Straits Times report, some 700 had bills that came up to more than $5,000 even though they were in B2 or C class wards! The insurance payouts will go a long way to help with this cost.

You may check the post on maternity insurance from our website to get a deeper understanding on what suits you. Hope it helps.
