Personally I don't see the point in this. If really must display on wall, wouldn't a simple wall shelf be better, more flexible and future-proof? Imagine if there is a PS4 slim with different dimension and won't fit any more. And remember there will be cables running from the PS4 (power, hdmi, would suggest LAN too cos wired>wifi), will look ugly having it mounted on the wall. Just IMHO, looks better sitting on tv console.
