PSA: Keep you Apple ID secured with 2FA

Just now got SMS notifications that someone was trying to sign in to my Apple ID. Thankfully I have 2FA enabled, so eventually they disabled the account until I could reverify and change the password.

The SMS was in Chinese which leads me to suspect the person trying to log in was using a Chinese apple ID site. Normally when I sign in the SMS is in English.

I don't use my apple ID for anything other than itunes, and it's an email address that I don't share with people. Still got targeted. Now still trying to see if anything was done to my account.

SO do take note guys. Turn on 2FA if you haven't already!!!

cannot work leh.. it says unable to set up 2FA at this time.

I think I got some iOS 8 and below devices tagged to my account that's y cannot?

I think only iOS 9 devices can work only. but I don't want to upgrade to iOS 9 for my iPad 2

I think if you have 2FA turned on, you can't change the security questions? I can't find the option on account settings too.
