The above video shows how trade up app works and how you should be inputting your details.
The trade up app however, is currently not available for iOS users due to app store verification incomplete. Hopefully we can see the app showing up in coming days.
As confirmed with Samsung,
iOS users can still proceed to the 4 SES outlets indicated before:
1) 313@Somerset
2) Vivocity
3) Jurong Point
4) Bedok Mall
to continue their trade up process despite having no iOS app at this moment.
As indicated by a fellow Samsung Connections member, some of you experience an incomplete hardware test dealing with home button, this is due to a 3rd party launcher if you are using. To overcome this, set default action to home, for the home button to complete the whole process..
Feel free to share the experiences you have for this programme, so that relevant department can streamline the process..
