Iirc it was said that the psi used last year include pm2.5. The news today seems to say otherwise.

Anyone remember or have a copy of the press release or statements from last year on this matter?

Singapore's PSI is 'unique'. It mainly states the PM10 reading when most other countries use the PM2.5 reading. You have to go to the NEA website to get it if its not publicized. Better still, google aqicn for weather readings.
