Hi, anyone got hacked too? my account was being hacked yesterday, received an email to verify if i am really the one whom made the change of email address.

Called in the customer service which is obviously situated in hk and had a real bad experience.

bro, i had the same experience too. and i was unable to log in to psn anymore. so i emailed them, they will then ask u to provide a new email address for ur account. but it will take time. they dont reply asap.

is okay bro, also had this experience. just make sure next time the email address sent to you is legit. these are all phising emails.

Yeah, nowadays hackers comes up with all sorts of way to try and retrieve personal data from you and phishing emails or not anything new .. just be sure to double check the email address that the email was sent from & make sure the email is from playstation official email add .. if at any point of time you are unsure DO NOT click on the links in the email ... just ignore them is the best .. playstation will not private email you unless u have any pending cases with them anyways

oh my acct was hacked once too.. like 1.5 yrs ago.. i got a email from playstation stating i had been sign out but i did not attend to it and i tot it was a junk mail.

So 2 days later when i play my play my game and i wasnt able log in anymore.. started to feel fishy..

I faster call up playstation and they help mi resolved within an hr
