There is a single click sound when I press 'start' and also when the system shut down. My former CX430 and other OEM system don't have this sound.
Is it normal?
Please advise.
Thank you.

Double check if it's the click from hdd or psu. I remember there are ckicks from hdd when it gets powered up.

If it's from psu and it gave a click sound, prepare for rma. It is dangerous to use it again.

If it's from hdd, rather a click, it's more of a tick. Normal. Because it is writing and reading.

When you first turn on or power up the PC it should have a relay sound that sounds like a click.

And when it turns off completely it should have a click also.

Zzzz some people will never explain their troubles properly.
