Current rig:
- Cooler Master R390 psu
- Gigabyte H77m d3h

Basic rig set up for movies and surfing net with no overclocking and intense gaming usage.

Problems started after switching on pc, only flashing light of hard disk but monitor no display. After a few resets, system could not even start. PSU fan not turning, tried the 'paper clip' trick to test the psu and confirmed. Anything else I should try before going off to buy a new psu?

Working with a budget of <$80. Notice in forum the Antec Neo Eco 450 is recommended but can't seem to find them in any stores that carry them. Alternatively looking at CM extreme 450w. Any other recommendations?

Thanks

TS, you better list down the full rig parts here. Else may recommend PSU not enough juice to power your rig.
