Hi guys if working on a budget and need a PSU which is silent and if can is a Modular de.
And if have to choose between Corsair VS650 or Superflower HX-600 which one should i take?

Obviously the Superflower ones. Corsair VS650 is not even an 80+ PSU. Not modular.
