PSU or MB problem?

Hi guys,
I think the problem is the PSU but just want to ask for opinions before I go down to Corbell. Does this looks like a PSU or MB problem?
This is a rig of almost 4 years.

Can try to remove the 4x sticks of the RAM, clean the metal plate with eraser and put it back and double check....

Can try paper clip method to check if PSU related. Can Google for more info... Thanks

just to update and close this, it was a PSU issue, changed one and now its all good!
