PSU PROBLEM!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi everyone pardon me if i am asking a noob question. Recently i have a problem
with my cpu and i change my psu which helps. Now the problem is after changing it my motherboard LED and graphic card LED keep blinking when i on my switch and the funny thing is my com is still able to startup. Is it normal for the LED to keep blinking will it cause any problem to my motherboard in the future.

everything still works. but i have to hold on to the power button longer den usual

Blinking LEDs where they should not, are definitely signs of problems since those LED are designed not to blink under any circumstance.

Disconnect and reconnect everything and try again. If still cannot, go back to retailer if under the their 1-to-1 date. If not go back to the distributor.

Explain to them your what you see about the LEDs.

As for the delay in powering up, it is probably the delay for the PSU close some circuits once detecting the ATX signal. This can differ between manufacturers.
